Topics include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Resting in God’s Goodness: Exploring how to rest in God’s goodness through an in-depth look at Psalm 23 and the Good Shepherd we encounter in green pastures, still waters, and even while walking through the valley of death’s shadow.
• Behold: Learning what it means to behold God’s glory in such a way that our lives are transformed as a result. As we see God in the face and life of Jesus, we move from restless to radiant, from anxiety-prone to peace-filled, and from callous to compassionate. 
• Confident and Unashamed: Based off of key concepts from my book  Unashamed: Healing our Brokenness & Finding Freedom from Shame, this topic focuses on how Christ-formed community gives us courage and brings healing from our shame as we receive and give grace to one another. Because we are rooted in our identities in Jesus Christ, we are free to be honest about our weaknesses and brokenness, to confess our sins to one another, and to hope for slow-but-certain personal and relational transformation. 
• Chasing Life, Longing for Rest: Exposing all the ways we run from real Life and all the ways God our Father pursues us with his love through the lens of the prodigal sons parable
• Walking in Wise Love: Exploring the theme of wisdom throughout Scripture, focusing particularly on: I. wisdom begins in humility, II. love as wisdom in action
