A Preacher and a Poet

When Seth and I took a much needed break to just “get away” to Philadelphia’s own Fairmount Park, we came across these two statues. They were side by side, standing in tribute to two of the various callings that have built our nation. Since we were practicing being tourists in our own city on Saturday afternoon, we couldn’t resist a couple pictures. It really is quite an apt description of what each of us brings to our marriage! And how each of us relates to the world.

  2. Heather,
You have no idea who I am but I found your website with a yahoo search. Your husband, Seth, was my RA for my first year at Moody. After seeing a picture of him from MBI tonight I thought I would do a search on yahoo in an attempt to see what he’s up to. If you don’t mind, I would like to link your website at the blog I participate in (mainly guys who had Seth as RA). I’m very glad to see he is happily married and serving God in a good church. If you don’t mind, tell him Dustin (D-Dog) said hi and have him shoot me an email at bbccrowe@hotmail.com. Thanks!
